He kept me informed-I was able to contact him & get answers & with some of the things going on in my life, he helped to make the move so much easier for me!! I also liked the idea that my car was not chnaged from truck-to-truck & that it was on an enclosed carrier! Thanks Jim for your awesome service!! ( I was not paid to say these comments)
