Talking to Charlie in Florida about getting my mom's car from Florida to New York was like talking to my own son! That's how content I felt letting him handle the entire dispatch. And, I even got to meet him in person and it turned out he was my son's age, too! Even when the car arrived in NY - the NY dispatchers were great and easy to deal with! My friends all trust me as a resource for purchases. I'd DEFINITELY give them Charlie's number!! Lois
