Placed an order for a minivan to be shipped from TN to IL on 5/28. I accepted a quote from Marvel, paid the deposit and expected delivery within a few days as promised. On 6/19, I finally cancelled the order and going to make the 12 hour one way drive myself. Because the van was not picked up in a timely manner, I had to pay a $1250 storage fee. Because this is a rental vehicle I lost additional revenue by not being able to put it back in service during my busiest time of the year. So, by picking a USHIP carrier, I never got the vehicle and it actually cost me more than $1500 due to their negligence.
