I spoke with a guy Tony almost a month and a half before the date of my auto shipment. He assured me I would be contacted a week before my ship date to schedule pick up. OT NEVER happened. I had to call and he would always reassure me with a call back or that it would be provided the following day. Today is the 5th and my car was to be picked up tomorrow on the 6th and he’s NOW telling me there’s a 50/50 percent chance that it won’t happen. I could’ve had the opportunity to go with a new carrier but he assured me this wouldn’t happen and it did! Terrible customer service I’m extremely upset.
