In January 2020 I had to ship a car from NJ to CA. Doing a lot of research and reading on line about the many issues and potential problems related to this activity, I very reluctantly started a web inquiry to understand the cost associated with this transport, only to get assaulted by many aggressive brokers offering "specials" and "if you do it tomorrow...". That was not the case with M & M. Simon Ruz started with very straight forward and useful information about the process and did not deviate at all from the original quote, not like the many other "bait and switch" companies. SImon was also very accessible throughout the process and always responded within the hour to my call. When it came to selecting an actual transportation company, Simon was very transparent so I had no doubts or worries. I was able to check the actual company and talk to the driver of the truck. The driver provided his estimated arrival day in CA, and he was there right on time. He called an hour before arriving to my house and 1h before arriving to his destination. He was courteous and the car arrived with no problems. I was very happy with the entire process and the accuracy of the information provided by Simon. I strongly recommend this company and even more importantly Simon himself! Thanks for making this a very pleasant experience.
