Don't be fooled by the lack of bad reviews/Worst car transport company in Canada

I chose MVS because they had very few bad reviews but don't be fooled by that. I shipped my car from Halifax to Edmonton 2 months ago. When I got my car in Edmonton, the bug deflector was bend and broken. When I contacted MVS Canada, the lady who picked the phone told me that it must have broken because of the wind while in transport. (I don't know where the company finds these kind of people to work for them). After sending repeated emails and phone calls, the customer service wanted quotes from 5 different shops to even consider reimbursement. What annoyed me the most was, the bug defector was broken because somebody deliberately bend and broke it. It was not an accident that occurred in transit. And MVS was not willing to take responsibility. I will never use MVS Canada again.

Hi, Thanks for your review. In an attempt to resolve this matter, we emailed you on Sept 11 at 10:35 AST that we require two estimates for repair in order to proceed. Also in the link we sent you to our damage claim information, it also says that only two estimates are required. At no time did we ever tell you to send us 5 estimates and after we sent you this email we never received a reply. We will now consider this claim closed. Warmest Regards,
