Leanne and I had spoken for several days as I had called back with multiple questions. The more I spoke with Leanne the more she explained the process which helped me understand the little things about transporting a car.

As I was new to the whole process I felt much more comfortable once I got more educated. Talking to Leanne was just like talking to a family friend. She made me feel very comfortable in choosing their family business to help me transport not just one car, but both of my vehicles. She set up all of the details, and when it came to the day my cars were being picked up the driver had contacted me directly to give me a better time frame he would be there. At that point I just had to sit back and wait until my approx delivery date to hear from the driver with a time frame he would be dropping my vehicles off. I would call or email Leanne during the process when I came across a few questions and she was always there to put me at ease. Parker Auto was very helpful and I would recommend them to my family and friends in a heartbeat!
