Brad Carnrite recommended a transport company that damaged our car. Turns out they have several bad reviews online and complaints with the BBB. They have done this to several customers and have no paid for damages to those customers. This is Brad’s fault because he didn’t do the proper research on this company and make sure they were a good company, they weren’t honest about our car and now the hood of the car won’t open, the hood sensor is stuck and now it beeps the entire time you drive it, and you can’t open the passenger door because of damage to the side panel that happened too during transport. The company won’t call us back, won’t help us, brad didn’t make sure they were even insured and forgot to send us paperwork so now we have nothing. I am going through chemo so I couldn’t drive my car across the country when we moved to jersey from Texas to be with family during this hard time for support. I had to fly and my spouse had to drive a moving van. So we had the cars shipped. Now there’s thousands of dollars worth of damage and the company wouldn’t release our cars until we paid them $1,075 .. so sad that people can’t be honest and just have some integrity these days. So so so sad. I cannot work and my spouse is a special education 8th grade math teacher. We had to move because we couldn’t afford to live by ourselves anymore due to medical expenses and costs. God does not like ugly! The car is a 2018 Chevy Cruze. My spouses very very first NEW car.

Hi Danyelle, I am so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our services. We only work with reputable drivers who we have been in business with for at least 5 years. Rest assured that this driver was properly vetted. The drivers are liable for ALL damages which is stated on the Agreement that you signed prior to your vehicle being picked up. It's also unfortunate that you signed their Bill Of Lading at delivery- which is the documentation confirming that your vehicle was delivered free of any damages. Once that document is signed by the customer there is absolutely nothing that we can do to reverse the situation. We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as our customers' satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you wish to further discuss, please do not hesitate to either call or email me directly. Best Regards, Brad
