Worse driver ever!

Since my review got removed I'm going to write another one! My driver, Savar (AKA Sam), was the most unprofessional and non communicative driver ever. I was told it would be 4-5 days from Michigan to California which is correct because I have had a car shipped before from Michigan to California but through a different carrier. However, on the 4th day, Thursday, I call Sam to ask for his eta and he let me know he'll be in CA early on Friday morning. Not the case! Friday morning my driver never answered his phone. Afternoon I called dispatch and they called Sam. Finally Sam calls says he'll arrive Saturday. Long story short Sam didn't arrive with my vehicle until Sunday afternoon. I called Sunday morning and was told he's downtown which was only 20 min from drop off. Sam didn't arrive to my destination until over an hour later. He never called to inform me he would be late but every time I called he gave different eta's or never answered. I was not even sure if I would get my car due to Sam constantly lying. I just shipped a car last year through a different company for way less than I paid now the only reason I could not go with them again was there was no driver available until a day later than I needed. Had I known I was going to experience this I would've just delayed my flight and went through that company.

We are very very sorry your car was delivered late ( 2 days late ). On a route that is 2400 miles in the tail end of winter things do happen like weather and traffic that can and will cause an occasional delay. Again we are sorry the drivers ETA's were off (Estimated time of arrival not exact). Anyone who have ever driven in Southern California over the weekend knows and understands that the traffic can and most likely will be very slow and we are sorry for that even though we have no control over that at all. We will continue to do are very best and improve in every way possible and continue are 24 customer service even over the weekends. Thank you.
