Frist... Thank you again DeeAnn and KVB Auto Transport. Second to whose who are reading this review in search or research on a transport service then Please note that I am not an employee of KVB Auto Transport, related to anyone at KVB Auto Transport or have anything else to gain by writing this review. I've already gained it. Third... This is a real review. DeeAnn and KVB have displayed, by far, some of the best customer service from someone that went above and beyond than I could ever expect someone to do. They treated me like a person and not a dollar bill. DeeAnn, I owe it all to you. Thank you for helping me get my truck back. Sitting in prison and realizing that I was going to lose my truck, that was a really helpless feeling. Nobody could or was willing to help me. Not family, not friends. I worked my ass off for everything that I ever owned. I've helped out countless people along the way and never have I asked for anything in return. Just not my style. Sitting in prison, Joe F. Gurney Unit, in Texas....Everything is out of reach and you can't do anything about it. When I got out of prison I moved back to my home state of North Carolina. And then I found out my truck was just sitting there, in Texas, I was shocked and vowed that I would not give up. And I didn't. Wanted to... But didn't. I just had to find the right person to help me. With all the obstacles, with every door that opened and closed or every window of opportunity.... I had to depend on someone else. Something I'm not good at doing. That someone was you. You were the first person I talked to and I'm damn glad I went back to you for help. ( Sorry about that whole other company stuff ) I don't think the Webster dictionary has a word to express how I feel. I still can't believe you got it back to me. It had been 657 days since I've seen my truck. I was living in my truck at the time of my arrest. Getting it back meant more than just having the truck. It was part of my life. There were people, that I'm sure, that were happy of the thought that I was going to lose all of it. And I didn't. It was like a time capsule. Clothes, tools, photos and jewelry. All of it still there. Thank you again for helping me. Thank you again for not giving up. Thank you again for keeping me calm. I'm definitely going to write a review. I mean... Hell. You got my truck that had be sitting for 650 plus days AND I'm in another state PLUS get the Apartment Manager to help with the relay of the key to a driver who transports it 1,300 miles to me .. when no other company would even try after I explained the situation... Oh and there is an expiration date on this as the Property Manager was going to have to towed it if I didn't get it removed from their property. You promised me you would get this truck to me and you did. Thank you. But I want to do more than words. I want to compensate you for your help, time and just being a darn good person. CashApp? P.O box #? If not... I'll find a way. DeeAnn, thank you thank you thank you again. I'm glad to know there are good people out there. Sincerely, Brian
