First of all he sent me a pic of him picking up my car and he had his drink sitting on my car. Rude 1. Next he delivers the car and tells me he went through a storm so there was ash mixed with water all over my white car. Hard to notice the huge gash on top because it just looked like running ash mixed with water in the gash/dent itself. He took pictures from a distance and made a point to tell me "the pictures don't lie" I thought that was odd. When I washed the car the next day the ash revealed the real damage. There was and is a huge Gash and dent on my roof. So i contacted him and sent him the pics and he called me a liar and was very rude telling me im making this up etc. These guys have i insurance and this guy acts like he has no insurance and no care or respect for your car or the customer. My car was damaged hardcore in his care and all he can do is be rude and tell me I am lying after paying him 500 bucks. RUN THE OTHER WAY! Now i have to sue him just to get this huge gash repaired!!! This is just TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE IN GENERAL.
