If you never shipped a car before, first learn how this business works. Once you understand the Broker / Customer / Carrier partnership, you will find that Jay does everything the RIGHT way.He does not give you false promises like exact pickup / delivery dates nor an exact final shipping cost. Trust me, other brokers lied to my face and said here sign this contract. Jay is a Broker who works for you to get the RIGHT price for your shipment. His fee is reasonable and I was very impressed at his level of interest in making sure I was not getting ripped off by these carriers. These carriers can be shady. Jay knows how to deal with them. Let him deal and argue with them. Thats what you pay him for. I learned these bigger Broker companies care 0% about your shipment. They just throw your listing on a board and well thats that. If someone calls them great if not it just sits there. Jay treats your shipment like his own. Thats called taking ownership. I would definitely work with him again.
