Communication was very thorough from the beginning with quote and pickup. The vehicle was delivered as instructed.
I do have a negative comment re: pickup. The driver ask me to bring the vehicle to a service area near the interstate which was 10 miles away. This vehicle had no tag or insurance and there was ample loading area at my residence. At refusal, the driver made the pickup as to the understanding from the beginning of the contract.
