Do yourself a favor and use someone else. I booked with JBA two weeks in advance of when I needed my truck transported. Jonathan called and asked to delay our pickup by a day, which I reluctantly agreed to. I asked him for a guarantee of pickup, since we were moving states and I didn’t have time to delay again. He promised pickup for the next day. I get an email from Jonathan the following morning saying his driver couldn’t pick up. He put me in a horrible position because I now needed my car transported on a tight time frame (even though I had booked 2 weeks in advance). All Jonathan had were excuses as to why the pick up didn’t happen as promised. I cancelled and booked with another company, which ended up costing me more due to it being short notice. The other company was much more organized and although I spent more, I felt more comfortable with my vehicle being in their hands vs JBA. DO NOT USE! It was an awful experience and too much of a hassle to save a few dollars to work with an unorganized company that can’t deliver as promised.
