What can I say, Joanna was AMAZING!!! She told me not to worry, that my SUV would be picked up at my northeast location and transported to my Florida location within my timeframe. I was becoming frantic when it was 5 days before my departure. I called Joanna and she told me not to worry, mind you this was Thnksgiving weekend. She said relax, enjoy and she would take care of getting my car transported. Guess what?? Joanna came through for me, we were leaving on Wednesday and she called on Monday to say she had a transporter that would pick up my car on Tuesday and deliver it on Wednesday evening, 1500 miles away. low and behold it happenedI I am truly amazed and so very happy with Ironclad. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them when we return to the northeast in May.Thank YOU, Joanna!!
