ORDER ID# 160877-LU This is a repeat review because James from IronClad blocked my original review. Not shocking that this site has all 5 star reviews if the company's representative blocks the negative ones. Our desire was to send our car from Boston to Florida. We received great costumer service from Sean until the pick up window passed. Then we heard nothing for hours until I wrote my original negative review on this website. Suddenly I am getting calls and emails from someone name James. There are two problems. 1. the car wasn't picked up when we thought it should. Apparently the company cannot guarantee pick up days and times. Good to know. 2. my husband was left alone to coordinate with the truck driver. What did we pay IronClad for? Wouldn't it of been good costumer service to have ironclad coordinate with the driver and us? That is what we thought we were paying for. James' response was "its a holiday weekend." Sorry Sir July 4th is on a Wednesday this was Saturday mid day. Next excuse please. In summary: HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY

Hi Kevin & Angel, first let me say I am sorry the driver was late on the pick up. When Kevin called me to check on the pick up time I called the transporters dispatch department & they said they were hoping he would get there in late afternoon. When I talked to the transporter the next morning he said it got late & he picked it up already in the morning. I called Kevin & left a message it was picked up from you in the morning & on its way to him. I do not control when the transporter gets there to pick up the car but I am sorry he did not get there that afternoon. Also Jim so the review come over in the evening & was just trying to respond to you & help me because it was after hours. In any case we do strive here to give the best customer service as possible! I hope you & Kevin will give me the opportunity to help you transport your car again in the future. It was nice talking to you yesterday & I am sorry you had a delay on the pick up! I hope you & Kevin have a great day! Thanks, Sean
