I have to say that we did not really understand how this auto transport industry worked. We searched for 6 different companies, that were really brokers, not the shippers. It was not until we made contact with IronClad/Joanna that we were advised as to what was to happen and/or expect. The other brokers just wanted a listing. We had certain criteria that were driving our decision to ship this Cadillac. Once Joanna explained all the options, we were able to make an informed decision. And guess what? It all came together as expected. Joanna kept in constant contact via Text Messages and/or emails. Once the transport carrier was contracted (Cargo Viking Auto Transport) , the Regional supervisor contacted us several times to advise of the schedule of the expected home arrival (traffic delays, etc). The driver was professional, the car carrier truck was in excellent shape, and the cab was fairly new. The driver (Dimitri) took pictures for the record, filed a Bill Of Lading with us, and then he did not mind me taking pictures as he loaded our car. The car arrived a day earlier than expected and there was no damage. A Cashier's was presented, offload was quick, inspection went fine, and all had smiles. Both IronClad and Cargo Viking get A++
