This is the second time I used Ironclad to assist with my car transport and both times it was very smooth. It was less expensive the first time, but I think that was time of year and the second time I had less notice of my move. Josh was very helpful and kept in touch every couple of days before a transporter was booked. It was different carriers each time, but they were both very nice and took good care of my car. Should I require a car transport again I would definitely use Ironclad. The driver also gave me the option of an early pick up, which I had to decline due to my schedule. The driver picked up the car from a local Target parking lot since my apartment street did not allow trucks. The estimate for arrival at the destination was spot on and I was given a few hours notice before the car arrived. Ironclad also checked in after the car arrived to make sure it went smoothly, excellent customer service.
