Joanna explained the entire process in detail, and she handled the one little hiccup we had with ease. She made sure I got my car shipped at a fair price by a reputable (and very friendly) carrier! The car was picked up as agreed to, and the carrier was very pleasant to my parents. Joanna kept me informed, and reacted quickly when I called or texted her. Finally, the delivery was on time, and the driver was very nice. I thought this was going to be a stressful process, but it wasn't bad at all.
