I was overwhelmed by the sheer number of calls I received after requesting a quote. Several companies spammed my email and called me all day and night. Josh was one of the first to call and gave me an overview of the transport process so that I could make an informed decision. From that day on, he followed up with me about once weekly to see if I had questions and if there was anything that he could do to assist me in my move. When my move date came, I found out that my move would be delayed by a week. Then another week. Finally, I received a call to report to my new location in 3 days. My first call was not to my mother, not to my father, but to JOSH. I explained to him the situation and he assured me that he would do everything in his power to ensure that my car would be picked up before I left. Sure enough, the very next morning, a driver called and said he would be picking my car up at 1pm! Would definitely use them again, as long as Josh is on their team!!!
