This was my first experience transporting a car, so I have no basis for comparison, but I came out completely satisfied. The primary contact person (Josh in my case) was extremely responsive, cordial, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My car actually arrived at the holding facility in my destination state much sooner than expected, but then was delivered to my door when I was ready to receive it, with two days' notice. No problems at all, other than a little dusty. Mostly no hassle in the process overall, with a few minor exceptions: (1) my pick up address was not accessible to big rigs, so the car had to be moved to a more accessible location nearby (a possibility that I was warned of well in advance)- (2) the carrier could be paid only in cash or cashier's check upon delivery- (3) there was some slight miscommunication in dealing with the carrier directly upon delivery. That said, I would gladly use Ironclad Auto Transport again.
