I was moving my vehicle from New Jersey down to Florida. I was contacted by many companies, most were not reputable after doing my homework. I spoke with Joanna at Ironclad & within 5 minutes of speaking with her, I felt like she was my long lost friend. She explained every step of the process clearly. And took the time to get to know me & my personal circumstances. I didn't have an exact date that I needed my vehicle shipped, so I told her, I will not be using anyone else but you guys at Ironclad. Joanna kept in contact with me throughout the weeks while I figured what my exact ship date would be. This was wonderful because Joanna never made me feel as if I had been forgotten. Once I had my date, she got it all set up & scheduled for me the same day & told me the driver of the truck would contact me today, as well as a day or two before pick up. John, the driver, called me within 30 minutes of hanging up with Joanna. He put me at ease, worked with me, as I actually needed to push my shipping date back 2 weeks. He was completely fine with it. He delivered my car within 5 days. No damage, no issues, both he & Joanna were always in contact and never hesitated to answer any questions. I couldn't recommend Ironclad, Joanna, or the transport company, enough. If I ever have to move another vehicle again, I know exactly who I will be calling. Ironclad! Thank you guys so much :)
