If you ever goes to used a auto transport pleases read my review. I contract this company for bring my car from NY at Homestead FL. I was charge around for 950.00 total price, 200.00 charger at my credit card one week before the car was delivery and 750.00 pay cash at delivery. Joanna K was my agent. First I never have control of delivery time or process I just get informer Tuesday afternoon that my car was pick up, never receive additional info and always I need to ask to Joanna about my car or delivery time that I was waiting at Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, after several calls to everyone’s at 7:00 PM I was inform that my car delivery at Sunday.
The transport was made for PAM AUTO CARRIER and I receive my car Sunday morning but the magnificent news that comes driving from a distance of 100 miles from my home, additional of a scratch at right side back bumper. When I call Bill the driver he was very rude and disrespectful, also call Joanna just for receive at I will check and call tomorrow. Nobody was responsable for the service, scratch or drive in with not authorization from me.
The day after the answer from Joanna was more stupid that the whole process with a so sorry for the inconvenience.
I’m totally sure never used that company again and also if you ever wants to bring pleases always use a responsable company an a trust agent.
