Outstanding Experience and Service!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Intercity Lines and their driver Scott who delivered my new project. He picked it up in California and brought it across the country to Maryland dealing with crazy snow storms in the Rockies. The seller commented how impressed he was with the care Scott took loading the car. All throughout the trip I was in communication with Scott while he was keeping me updated on his progress. Unfortunately work called me out on a last minute trip the week of delivery so we had to adjust the delivery location but it was no problem at all for Scott and no extra fees. Of course when they went to unload the car the battery was dead. Scott helped unload it and hung around in 10 degree weather to make sure my friend got the car started and was on the way. That meant a lot to me that he waited to make sure everything was ok and we were good to go. My friend got a bottle of scotch in thanks and all I can do for Scott is leave this review. It says a lot about a company and their reputation when they are hauling new Ferraris and McLarens all the time and show just as much care to my 30 year old project car. Thank you so much Scott! Not just outstanding service and communication but also a genuinely interesting and good guy to to talk to. If you find yourself stopping in Maryland sometime drop me a line and I'll buy you a beer!
