No pick up. No delivery

I contacted this company and 3 others to get a quote after seeing their advert in the Rodder's Journal. I thought that it was a gage of quality, big mistake.
15 days after the expecting picking up, they kept telling me they had no truck available and couldn't give me a precise date . The problem is that the car was to be shipped to France.
With all that i missed two shippings and delayed of such the date of delivery here.
After few other mails, they told me that if i could find another company to do the job that would be ok for them !!!
I asked for the refund of my payement that would have to be done by bank transfer (international). They did that pretty promptly but in the end, with the bank fees, exchange rate and other things, i lost close to a hundred euros (110 $) for nothing !!!
I asked them if they would do a commercial gesture for all the disagrement, lost of time, missed shipping and money lost but no more answering to my mails.
I know they are not responsible for all the bank fees and stuff but had they done the job i paid them for in the first hand, i wouldn't have had to ask for a refund, loose time, money, find another company to do the job, re transfer money and again loose cash.

I'm very dissapointed with this experience and this company and regarding what happened, wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I can understand the truck availability etc.. but the least they could do is that it doesn't cost me anything.

Mr. Larrieu, We apologize that you were dissatisfied with our timing. We would like to note that when you requested your price quote we were honest with you up front that “scheduling may require additional time due to your route”. When you placed your order you noted the vehicle was available to ship on 4/1, and in subsequent emails after the available ship date you noted that the car was shipping overseas and that is needed to be delivered in a certain time frame. We advised you on 4/7 that we would not be able to meet the time frame you requested and that we would understand if you wanted to look into alternate options for delivery and that we would keep working on the order until we heard differently. On 4/12 you advised that you found another carrier to meet your time frame. We can certainly understand your disappointment with the timing, but we were honest with you up front that this move may need additional time and would have told you we were unable to meet your vehicle's shipment date prior to you booking the order if we were made aware of those dates then.
