This shipper was arranged by the dealer selling the vehicle. I was told that the driver would contact me once on the road. This did not occur. Most communication was initiated by me. I had to contact the office several times for updates because of the delay in delivery. Truck broke down and was disabled for several days. It happens, but I was not kept informed. I was sent a vehicle condition report on the day of delivery just hours before the vehicle was delivered, instead of upon pickup. Every minor scratch and imperfection was noted on the report which scared me upon viewing it in my email. How am I to know that these issues existed upon pickup? Upon delivery the vehicle appeared to be in very good shape. No signs of delivery damage. Since I had already been in contact with the driver previously, a phone call before starting the offload would have brought the truck closer to my home. The car ran terribly and barely made it to my garage (a mile from where the vehicle was offloaded). Driver told me that it ran poorly upon pickup, which I believe should have been reported to me at the time of pickup. My main frustration is the lack of communication. I called the company three times to get updates on location of the truck and delivery date.
