I initially contacted Jay Montez toward the end of June to have my daughter’s car transported. Yes, I stated I was flexible with the move and posted the earliest available date for July 15th. The first offer I received was almost two weeks past that date and for $600 more than the average amount I was told by Jay. Mind you, I had sent inquiries to Jay a few times during that period since I had heard NOTHING from them. Twice, the reply I got back on my text was that they had two carriers they were in contact with whom were trying to add a couple more vehicles to their load. Then nothing further. I finally had enough of this pathetic company and sent them a text to remove my vehicle from “the board”. They said they already had! “???!!”

Sorry for any inconvenience as we explain when we started looking for a carrier the industry is made up of brokers and carriers, as a broker we do not determine the prices but try to get you the lowest rate but still the right date. We got you several offers for you to pick and choose you did no like the offers and decided not to book any. we never charge anything until we get an offer that you approve and once we book something we give you the carriers info such as name number as well a a copy of it insurance.
