The process went very smoothly. They set up a driver for me, with pickup exactly when i specified. Drop-off across the country took only 4 days. Both broker and driver communicated with me about the process. Was cheaper than rental car (with their large drop off charge). I couldn't have asked for more. Went great! Would definitely use again.
