Unprofessional, will not return calls, horrible customer service

First off, this is the most unprofessional company I have probably ever dealt with. Initially they were all very good with communicating and seemed to be invested in making sure I had a successful car transport experience. Once I signed a contract, paid the deposit, and then got stood up by the carrier, I could not get in touch with iMove auto at all!! The carrier had filled the truck and told me to deal with the broker. I had paid him a $150 deposit because Chris, the iMove auto agent, said the carrier requested that to reserve my space on the truck. Of course the carrier said he never heard of that and denied ever having received any money. My calls, texts, and emails went unanswered for a full day before I heard anything from my agent. When I finally did, he said he would not return my deposit because the truck now all of a sudden broke down (completely different from what the driver told me actually happened. It was just full) and that it wasn’t their fault. He also said that I had to pay MORE MONEY because I was inconveniencing the driver!! He texted me this info and I texted him back pleading for him to call me so that we can discuss this. I called another 5-6 times and sent an email with no response. Oh, but when he did call back, not only was he rude and argumentative, but he refused to give my refund back and insisted that I pay more! I asked to speak to the manager and he sent me to a line that was never answered. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I’m sincerely hoping that I get my deposit back. That is the least they can do after this horrible experience.
