DO NOT USE HORIZON AUTO TRANSPORT, (they don't stand behind the Transport)

I used Phil White & Horizon Auto Transport for 4 transports in the last year, (3 for me and 1 for a good friend of mine). I found Phil to be very easy to deal with and "I thought" I could trust him. On this last transport I was nervous from day one because Phil doesn't give you any paperwork at all, no contract, nothing to sign, not even a receipt for the money you give him. The day he sent a truck to pick up the vehicle the seller called me to tell me the driver called twice to re-schedule, showed up late, had absolutely no paperwork, and he didn't do any type of inspection. This worried me tremendously because it's a very high end build so I had the seller take plenty of pictures- inside, outside, underneath, mileage and gas reading. I then called Phil immediately to express my concern, he said he would call the driver and don't worry your insured.

Fast forward to 5 days later (and one day late) and the driver shows up with my performance truck looking like it had been driven through mud and god knows what else. The truck was literally filthy from head to toe and you couldn't even tell what color it was. The driver stopped in the middle of the road, blocked traffic from both sides (making the road un-passable), AND ABSOLUTELY NO PAPERWORK. He was gone minutes later.

I then went over to the truck and started it up and immediately saw they had driven it 22 miles and left me bone empty, amof it ran out of gas not less than a minute later. I then started cleaning it and found 3 very bad scratches that went across the entire fender and up through the hood. I then sent Phil the pictures of the truck being loaded in absolutely mint condition, and also pics of the mileage and gas gauge. All one had to do was look at the before and after pics and you immediately can see they drove it 22 miles, burned almost a 1/4 tank of fuel, and drove it with the electric fans off (ON A BRAND NEW CRATE MOTOR). Phil responded immediately expressed his concern, told me he would call the driver and get back to me AND I NEVER HEAD BACK FROM HIM AGAIN. It's now been over 3 weeks and obvious Phil is a con man, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY...
