Great customer service, great price, very flexible- will use again

I needed to ship my car from San Diego, CA to Charlottesville, VA. Hilton Auto Transport me to schedule a pickup date for the car. However, due to family circumstances, I needed to delay the pickup at the last minute.

Hilton Auto Transport was very accommodating, and helped me re-schedule the pickup several weeks later when the car was ready to ship.

Throughout the process, Nichole was very helpful and responsive via both email and telephone.

Additionally, the truck driver was very communicative. There was a MINOR delay for truck maintenance, and I was notified immediately. Then, I got a call the day before the drop off, and constant communication via text and phone the day of delivery.

I was fairly nervous about this whole car-shipping experience because my family had horror stories from other companies (car sat in San Diego for three weeks AFTER being picked up, slow delivery, etc). After getting the car in great shape in only 10 days for only $925, I will definitely use this company again when shipping a car.
