Haulmatch won't answer our calls now. They hang the phone up when we call. We paid in full for a truck to be shipped from FL to UT. After waiting too long and paying storage fees, we decided to fly out and drive it back ourselves. We called and cancelled the order, to which they said they issued a refund (which they haven't yet). We bought a plane ticket. We called the facility holding the vehicle, to which they responded "The vehicle has already been picked up". We don't know who has the vehicle, we don't know if we will get our vehicle and HaulMatch is totally unresponsive. We will be having our attorney take over and will report the vehicle as stolen. This is the biggest nightmare we've ever dealt with in trying to get a vehicle transported.
