I was told many times that my account wouldn’t be charged until I was notified. They charged said account without notification which resulted in an overdraft fee from my bank. I simply had to move money upon notification that I never received. They said several times it was their fault and would fix it. Never happened. Then I have the boss calling and screaming at me in the phone calling me welfare because I wanted the fee returned.
