Late delivery for express delivery charges

Requested an expedited delivery on Wednesday to deliver my car to the port before the weekend but the car wasnt picked up until Friday evening and delivered on Monday. Tried to contact Mr. Dan to reduce the price to a normal delivery but he dodged my phone calls and texts.Maxi was very helpful
The driver however was ok, picked the car up and delivered it with no issues.

We apologize for your delivery being "late". As you know we only have so much control over a driver. Also, they have 48 hours grace period in their contracts per the USDOT.
