My wife's Mercedes was transported across country by Harold White and we have nothing but praise for Harold, his wife Holly, and his very cute companion pooch! Service and communication was excellent and a breath of fresh air after mistakenly getting involved with a broker service that put me in connection with multiple transportation companies that called and wrote to me several times a day for months some even after being told we had a service already. Honestly, the broker services were like vultures while the personal service from Golden Key couldn't have been better! We met Harold at a rest area on I-95 in CT right on time and upon meeting Harold we felt assured he would take care of her vehicle. It took minutes and the car was loaded and on it's way. Harold informed us that the vehicle would actually arrive in AZ before us but not a problem as he has a towing company that he works with to leave the vehicle upon arrival and we could pay them upon collecting the car. When we were able to collect the car after the holidays the towing company personnel were also very nice and it took only a minute or so to bring the vehicle out front. The car was filthy on the outside but to be expected after traveling 2600 miles on a truck across the country! A quick trip to the car wash and the car looked like new, absolutely no damage! We have since provided Harold's name and Golden Key Express to people who are either looking for transportation or have friends/family looking. I DO NOT recommend using a broker, instead, trust Golden Key and the personalized service knowing there is no middle man...
