Was skeptical about using a transport service due to all the bad reviews that I have read during my search. I started calling back companies and Gold Star was the 3rd company that I called. I knew instantly that this was going to be the company I use. Ellen ensured me that she is reachable 24 hours a day, that she would make sure that my vehicle get delivered timely and that she only hires reputable drivers. I had to schedule a round trip and ended up having 2 different drivers. Both drivers were very friendly and contacted me when they arrive at the location and contacted me when they were on their way back. I would recommend Gold Star to anyone who needs a transport.
