Global Auto Transportation - Worst Customer Service

This is the worst customer service I have seen in 27 years of my life time.
-They reserved my order on 12th July from California to Seattle with a guaranteed delivery on 23rd July.
-She told me that driver is gonna call me on 18th to pick up the car. I waited and then called them on 18th evening, they said oh sorry they are definitely gonna call you tomorrow.
-I waited the whole day on 19th, called them again in the evening same thing said again.
-Now on 22 the day Car has to be picked up and I called them in the morning and Chelsea started ignoring my calls and emails now.
-Other guy picks up named Michael and say oh yes the driver will surely call you today and their business hours are off now on sat at 1 PM. No body called me.
-Then I called them on Monday and found out that my no. was wrong on the file, but even after that they never called me on that too.
- Trusted them on Monday 24th, 25th as well that somebody will pick up today end of the day its out highest priority.
- I just want to tell you guys, DONT ever use this service, they will quote you a cheaper price and the keep you holding and eventually you would have to shed out another 200-300 bucks only because your car is listed in the global system and other providers would try to take advantage of that thinking you are frustrated and it's urgent.
- This is probably the worst customer service and the worst company I have dealt with personally. I called them no less than 25 times and everytime they were just fooling me.
