I worked with Victoria/Vicky to arrange a transportation of my car from OH to MD. She did a fantastic job in providing me with great customer service. With a reasonable quote she initially arranged a third party to pick up my car. The driver who did not speak English showed up. The driver refused to take my car as there were some small light weight objects in it (less than 100 pounds that’s allowed per contract). After few hours of back and forth he asked for extra 100$ to finally take my car but refused to give me the bill. Victoria was available throughout to help me manage this last minute objection and even offered to absorb half of new charges but due to unwilling and unreliable driver we eventually decided to not send my car. It was a taxing as I was standing on the road in sun for hours. But what mattered was continuous customer service provided by Victoria. She is was helpful supportive and apologized several times. She promised to arrange a new driver within 12 hours and promised full refund otherwise. To my surprise she arranged a new driver next morning and made sure they would not create any other issue. The process went super smooth and it took five minutes to pick up my car and was dropped appropriately without any hitch. She arranged all this in initially quoted price. Overall even after a hiccup and initial stress she helped immensely and resolved the matter. This made my experience good as moves are always stressful. I would consider this company again and definitely work with Victoria.
