I am very disappointed in my experience with GetCarrier.com. We are on a very tight budget and they quoted me a price of $300. After several days of delay they offered a pick up for $650. That was not an option for us. Several days later they offered a pick up for $525. That was not an option either. I asked to be let go so that we could find another carrier and they would not remove the vehicle so another company could transport it. I called several times asking for the car to be let go and they claimed there was a technical difficulty. In my final call with them no technical issue was mentioned, they wouldn't let me speak to the manager to get the car released and they hung up on me. I do not recommend this company!
