This company is a SCAM! They claim they are not a broker but in fact our a typical broker. See Yelp as well to validate my statement. I arranged for my car to be picked up on a Saturday to be told after I gave them my deposit that Saturdays are difficult and it would need to be Monday. On Monday, no call or communication about the car not being picked up until I reached out to the company to find out it was now going to be Tuesday. I was told the transport would be 1 to 2 days for Northern California to Denver. As you can imagine, Wednesday came and no one contacted us. I reached out to the company again to tell me it would be another two days. Finally the car arrived on Friday night. I ask the owner of the company to compensate us for the two extra days of a rental car and was told I need to company the transportation company they contracted with. How is this possible or even good business? I was sold on the dream of going direct to the transportation company to now trying to deal with a contractor. To make matter worst, they also did not return my Tesla key when dropping the car off. What a nightmare and a disaster of an experience. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

Hello sir, For any potential clients reading this review please note both of this clients vehicles were delivered safely without any damage whatsoever, so his claim of us being a scam is fraudulent and slanderous. I will agree the carrier ran into a delay picking up the vehicle which is very unfortunate and after pickup the carrier ended up being one day late from what was advised (again my apologies). As to the clients claim that we lied and told him we were not a broker I have email proof that his claim is a lie and any client that would like to see that email please let me know and I will gladly share. I’m very sorry you are unhappy and we tried to compensate you with a $175 credit for the key you claimed the driver lost but you refused and instead stated you wanted a 100% refund which is just not possible as your two vehicles were transported over 1000 miles. We transport close to 12,000 cars a year and been in business nearly two decades if we ran our business the way you describe we wouldn’t be around that long. Our clients are our # 1 priority and have 1000’s of references across the country saying so. Thank you for your feed back. Dave Pein 888-325-1899
