Todd, I am sorry we dropped the ball. We been in business 17yrs this is a rare occurrence. You don't last 17 years in business by not doing right by our customers. We are rated 4.5 stars on every major review platform. We transport close to 10,000 cars a year and work extremely hard to make sure each client is happy. As far as the price changing we never change a price without a clients ok. If we get a counter offer which is rare we will let the client know we were countered by this rate would you like to go with him or have us continue to work it. 99.9% we don't even receive counter offers and if we do its because its a up grade in service.
