We have used Get It Done Transportation for both of our cars in two cross country moves now. Ed & David have proven to be extremely reliable and provide thorough communication during the ordering and transport process. They also looked for ways to help us save money (ie: transporting both cars at once vs. staggered pick-up/delivery) which is always appreciated.
Having done two cross country moves with staggered pick-up/delivery, I have learned that the "stress" of the transport occurs when a company that picks-up the order placed by Get It Done Transport, has changes on the road. For instance: Get It Done finds companies to take our job with our needed dates. But that company may call with the need to change pick-up dates or location. While this is stressful, it is in no way a reflection of Get It Done - it's just a part of the process, (ie: that company may have changes due to traffic or weather delays or a need to pick-up the evening prior, etc.). In the past, I had wondered if these changes were a reflection of Get It Done - but having done this now twice, I can see that it's just a part of the auto transport industry. So, no matter who you move a car with, there will be changes along the way.
