Ed from Get It Done Transportation was very accommodating and communicative. The price was fair and after some change ups I received a refund quite timely. However, the whole process took a lot longer than expected and I was frustrated with that and the poor communication with the driver. My van arrived safely and in good condition about a week after the original planned date. I didn't need my van asap so it was fine but just would have appreciated a correct timeline.
