Great communication during process. Actual transporters were not good at managing time - told me they would arrive by 4p for pickup but actually had to call them to find out they were arriving after 11p. Was told they would pick up next day between 9-10a and didn’t arrive until 11a. Told they would arrive for delivery at 8a the next morning and didn’t arrive until 130p. Ours were the only two cars on truck. A lot of waiting around for their poor time estimates. Ed was great when I touched base with him - his process was very smooth except I had to remind them to send me my contract. I would use them again but hoping this is our last move.
