My son is in the military and was returning from deployment. I contacted a company about shipping his car from Florida to San Diego about 3 weeks prior to the ship date. We confirmed the pick up date, but 36 hours before pick up, they still did not have a carrier. Each time I called, I was on hold for at least 30 minutes and never got the same person twice. They were closed in the evening and early morning, but did not have hours listed. 36 hours before I needed the truck picked up, I called Get It Done. They were pleasant, professional and had a carrier assigned within the hour. They got the truck there on time with excellent communication. As a super bonus, their cost was $400 less than the first company I scheduled with. My husband said, "Keep their number." Great company to work with.
