Poor Customer Service

Mr. Pein was very brusque and overbearing when he called me after my acceptance of his quote ( which was not the lowest - more on that later ). He was, however, able to get my transport within my time frame - which was the next day. The gentleman who showed up to transport my vehicle was very nice, professional, and personable. He took several pictures of my car before he loaded it onto his trailer and I could tell by his actions that he had done this many times before. My car was delivered later the same day and I am very happy with the results due to this man. But, Mr. Pein needs to work on his customer skills.

I am flabbergasted by Rons review. Utterly baffled. Ron, filled out the form for an order on line. I called verified the addresses for pick up and drop off as well as his time frame. He asked for the car to be picked up the next day and delivered within 24hrs (which he says in the review happen) I told him ok no problem., he told me the car was for his mom and I said that is very nice of you to buy her a car. I am so confused, if Ron felt I was rude why complete the booking process with me when I called to verify? The car was picked up by one of my nicest drivers (as he stats in his review) picked up and delivered in the time frame he requested at the exact rate he was quoted damage free (he confirms this in the review) YET says he received poor customer service. The review it self contradicts itself- he is boasting about the car being loaded and delivered on time and the driver being so great but says customer service was bad. We do have 100's of positive reviews all over the net which proves our success rate for happy clients is extremely high. to any potential client we also have 1000's of references upon request from any state to share their experience with you.
