Hey John, first I want to sincerely apologize on the delay to get your car loaded. In logistics whether its by air, boat, sea, rail or road you always run the risk of unforeseen delays. Yes we did book your order a month out but no one could have guessed the driver was going to have an unexpected mechanical issue. I can promise you one thing nothing was malicious. I had myself and head dispatcher working around the clock to see if we could find a truck in that area or was going to be in that area within the 3 day window you gave us unforunately with no avail. The window was running out and rightfully so you had to cancel with us and go with someone else. We move 1000's of cars a year and by our 1000's of positive reviews you can see this is a rare occurance, definetly uncommon. Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience.
