Subcontracted Carrier Not Good

I signed up to take my car out to Ca from IL. The broker was good, but the contracted carrier not so great. I was very happy that they were able to pick up the car same day. However, the individual driving the transport had some issues. He was a few hours late on the pick up due to him having truck issues and getting 'pulled over by police'. He couldn't figure out how to drive into neighborhood so i drove to an open area for him and walked home. He said he "didn't feel comfortable backing up the truck". He picked up the car on a Sunday and said he'd be in Ca to drop it off on Wed. I called on Wed and he said he would deliver Thu early morning. He ended up not delivering until evening Thur claiming traffic and "pulled over by police". I reached out to Get it Done and to the Carrier and neither replied back with wtf was going on. The carrier 'Get it Done' used was Greenlight.

Bret, I first want to apologize you werent 100% satisfied. I am happy to read that 1 loaded the car the car as early as the same day you booked, delivered it damage free at the exact cost you were quoted. Unfortunately in any logistics whether is by air, boat, sea, rail or road you always run the risk of a delay and hard to pin point it to the minute but I am happy to read the carrier did communicate with you as promised.
