Should rebrand as "Can't Get Anything Done Transport"

David was very quick to take a deposit to transport two cars of mine from NJ to CO despite having no trucks confirmed to actually move my cars. It went downhill from there. I needed to transport two vehicles: one on open transport and another on enclosed transport. The pickup dates were moved multiple times. While I understand 'things happen', David simply disappeared from all communication (text, calls, and emails) when I inquired about actual pick up dates. It was on me every time to call or text him for some sort of update. He'd promise an update and then never follow-through for days on end. This was an undue level of stress as our moving date loomed closer and closer. To make matters worse, the covered transport truck that showed up to transport my classic vehicle (for a $500 premium over open transport) was a dirty, leaking, canvas-sided rolling wreck. My car showed up covered in dirt, water, road grime, and bugs. It was actually in much worse condition than the car that arrived on open transport. David did not care about the condition and never followed up with me after I requested a refund of the difference between open and closed carrier. I'm not really surprised, as follow-up is not his strength. I was really disappointed here as the reviews for his company are overwhelmingly good. David's business model is to take your deposit, try to farm the transport out to sketchy third-party truckers, then ignore you and your concerns. Don't be fooled by his "Family owned" mantra on this website. I suggest looking elsewhere, anywhere else for that matter, for a company that will truly Get It Done.

Matt, first I want to apologize that you weren’t 100% satisfied- we work extremely hard to make sure each client is 100% happy as you noticed we have so many good reviews. Being family owned we know the importance of doing everything we can to make sure we exhaust all efforts to make transport be care free for all our clients how we do this is by making sure each driver has at least 5yrs driving experience, carrys premium insurance w/ no deductible and is rated 98% or better. Your deposit was NOT charged until the drivers were assigned that is protocol on every order for the last 9yrs, also when the driver showed up if you felt the truck was not up to your standards you had the right to not let him load it and receive a full refund. I heard no mention of these complaints UNTIL both cars were delivered looking for a discount. I will send you a check for 100.00 for the detail of the vehicle you said was dirty. Please to any potential clients know that this is not common to have unhappy clients, we know we’re not perfect but do everything possible to keep clients happy and when they aren’t do what we can to make it right. we transport close to 10,000 cars a year and have over 1000 positive reviews all over the net and less then 30 complaints with 17yrs of experience in the industry and open for 9yrs. We also have 100’s of references upon request from clients and dealers all across the country that have received nothing less then 5 star service. Thank you Dave Pein 888-325-1899
