Overall a good experience. I had to downgrade the 5 to a 4 star due to the lack of communications once it got close. I tried to contact GIDT directly and never talked to anyone, only messages. I was contacted 4 days, 3 days and 2 days prior to the pick up despite the instruction on my availability on a specific date. Talking to my driver was difficult due to accent and quality of connection. Consequently despite a screen shot of the location where I planned to meet them, they were across the street. Once we finally met at the pick up location, they were not comfortable driving a standard transmission up the ramp of the truck. I had to do it. This took almost 45 minutes. We finally secured my car and it was on the way. My brother in law received my car and was contacted prior to delivery. Good. They did not deliver it to the correct address but rather down the street. He received it with the ignition key bent. Potentially bad. I was expecting a bit more professionalism from the delivery crew. They got it done, but barely.
